The DC Lindy Exchange (DCLX) is one of my favorite events that I almost never get to be a part of. As a mid-April event I am almost always caught up with weddings and engagement photos and family sessions, but I still make it to DCLX whenever I can. This year that looked like photographing Friday night and Sunday afternoon, which took place at the Glen Echo Spanish Ballroom and Bumper Car Pavilion respectively. I love when I get wedding photography inquiries for the Spanish Ballroom and people ask me if I’m familiar with Glen Echo. As someone who’s been dancing there for 15+ years, yes my friends, yes I am.
