Some things just seem like requirements as a photographer. I had it in my mind that a photo safari would be on the agenda for me at some point, and that point came in 2019 when amazing human and fantastic photographer Kristi Odom announced a photo safari to Kenya. There were so many photos taken over so many days, but here were a few of my favorites.
Fun random thoughts I have held onto from this trip five years later:
1. I like photographing birds because they remind me of dancers.
2. I enjoy nature and wildlife photography, but cities and people are absolutely where my heart is.
3. Tilt shift lenses are amazing and make landscapes feel so much more interesting to me.
